Spathiphyllum - 6" pot
This is a staff favorite, not only because of its elegant, yet exotic-looking flowers but also because it is so easy totake care of. It likes well-lit areas with lots of filtered light ,but needs to be kept out of direct sunlight. Keep its soil moist but be careful not to overwater it. When spaths get too dry, their leaves will wilt to let you know that it needs water! Spaths are known to remove benzene, formaldehyde, ammonia, trichlorethylene, xylene, and toulene from the air. This makes a great gift plant! lt is also called Peace Lily.
PLEASE NOTE: Many tropical plants are toxic to both pets and humans if the leaves or other parts of the plant are ingested. The sap of spath plants contains oxalate crystals, and if ingested is considered toxic to both pets and people. The sap may also cause skin irritation. Please make sure to place your spath plant out of reach from pets and children. 6”
